True North Concepts Modular Holster Adapter

True North Concepts Modular Holster Adapter (MHA) was created for shooters looking for a reliable and stable method of mounting their holsters without the unwanted movement, flexibility and slippage often seen with factory-made polymer belt adapters. By clamping the belt between an aluminum adapter and aluminum belt rods, the MHA ensures a rigid and flex-free platform for holsters.

The MHA is manufactured from 0.190″ thick, 6061-T6 aluminum, providing a solid and durable construction. This adapter supports “Mid-ride” carry mode, which lowers the pistol below the shooter's belt so the holster system can avoid contact with plate carriers and pouches. It fits all holsters with a “three-hole” pattern from Safariland and other brands that use this reliable mounting method. It is also compatible with many common quick detach systems such as QLS, MLS, ELS and others.

Holsters mounted on the MHA can be adjusted with 10° forward and 10° rearward tilt, giving a total adjustment angle of 20°. The adapter has three height adjustment points spaced 1/2″ apart, allowing the shooter to adjust the holster height and angle based on personal preference and body size/type.

The MHA includes two belt bars designed to fit MOLLE combat belts by threading each bar through the belts' PALS webbing. This setup works extremely well with minimalist combat belts used in SOCOM and other units, such as belts from GBRS Group, Ferro Concepts, Blue Force Gear, AXL, Ronin, and Tyr Tactical. Alternatively, these bars can also be mounted directly to any standard trouser belt or gun belt up to 2 ¼” wide. When properly installed, the adapter will not move and all unwanted movement, sliding and shifting of the case is eliminated.

The MHA also has top mount points for use with a wide variety of popular quick release belt mounts like Tek-Lok™ and polymer MOLLE type hardware like MALICE clips. Each MHA comes with a complete hardware kit with various sized screws, posts, spacers and threadlocker for secure mounting.
