Silent Steel Compact Baffle Streamer

The Compact Streamer offers extraordinary versatility and adaptability. With the ability to switch between flow and baffle suppression units, this silencer adapts to a wide variety of rifles and shooting purposes. Its unique gas flow/taperlock design ensures that the silencer threads are automatically tightened during firing. Rapidly rotating gases inside create a rotational force that holds the muffler firmly in place. The taper mount in the front of Silent Steel's QD muzzle unit along with a heat resistant o-ring effectively locks and seals the silencer, keeping the mounting surfaces and threads clear of sludge buildup.

This silencer is designed to have minimal and repeatable change in point of impact. Streamer's direct thread mounting with taper lock is least affected by POI (Point of Impact) displacement, as the muffler is indexed at the same point when mounted and remounted each time. The Streamer's baffleless design inside is symmetrical, meaning that the bullet flying inside the silencer is symmetrically affected by gas pressure from all directions, keeping the trajectory of the bullet constant. In most cases, the point of impact displacement is 1-4 cm and straight down (100 m)​​.
